1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows (failure to arrive at the designated departure point or pickup location on time) are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Booking Changes
- Customers may change their travel date, departure time, or passenger name once free of charge, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before departure.
- Requests made within 24 hours of departure are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Company Cancellation
- If the Company cancels a trip due to adverse weather, technical issues, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose to:
- Receive a 100% refund, or
- Reschedule to another available departure date or time at no additional cost.
5. Arrival & Pickup Policy
- Passengers must arrive at the departure station or office at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before departure.
- For hotel pickup services, passengers must be present at the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time.
- Failure to arrive on time may be treated as a No-show, and no refund will be provided.
6. Important Notes
- Please keep your booking confirmation or e-ticket until your journey is completed.
- Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the operating bus, boat, or tour provider. Where applicable, the operating provider's policy shall prevail.
- By confirming a booking, customers acknowledge and agree to these Refund & Cancellation Terms.
